Unfortunately, because of the layout, the lowest we can go is 24in. Every google search I did said the roost should be 2ft from the ground and 18in apartI don’t think they will need a ramp for 24”.
16”-18” up would be better if possible especially if your getting large breeds.

The nesting boxes are in the way to go any lower and the whole back of the coop is a door.
We are getting RIR, Plymouth Barred Rock, and ISA Brown.
Will they be able to make it up there?
