I don’t think they will need a ramp for 24”.
16”-18” up would be better if possible especially if your getting large breeds.

Unfortunately, because of the layout, the lowest we can go is 24in. Every google search I did said the roost should be 2ft from the ground and 18in apart
The nesting boxes are in the way to go any lower and the whole back of the coop is a door.
We are getting RIR, Plymouth Barred Rock, and ISA Brown.
Will they be able to make it up there?

They are 18inches apart and 18 inches from the wall. That's what we read. Not far enough?

10”-12” from the wall is fine. You just want to give them enough room for take off and landing.
I have mine at 10 or 12”from back wall and no poop hits it. 18” is way more than needed.
