This morning I went out and looked in the nest box like I have done for 2 weeks, and I was beyond thrilled to find a perfect creamy tan egg! I am pretty sure it is from the laying hen pictured below. We traded our aggressive rooster for her about 2 weeks ago. Now my other 5 pullets that are 23 weeks just need to watch closely and follow in her footsteps!!
