Our first egg!!

We purchased 12 hens and one rooster at a day old and have been raising them as pets. They are extremely friendly Rhode Island reds. Two weeks ago our rooster started crowing and today we got our first egg! We are so very excited! We just love our girls and boy. Thanks for all the great help on this forum!!
