Look what I found today laying on the GROUND! *geezsh*

I am alitte dissapointed in the color, I was expecting a bit GREENER color, not so much... olive/sage color. Ah well. The speckles are cute!

My two EEs are 22 weeks old now and I knew they'd be laying soon, so I've been on the look-out, but I had hoped she'd have the sense to go into their coop and lay it in the nest box. But I guess she didn't know any better.

It was laid by one of these two pretty ladies (thinking the one on the right, since her comb is so much redder):

Congrats on the little egg! I have two ladies that look just like yours, and I am waiting on my first egg also. I don't know their exact age, but they are getting close.

Ahhh! I'm so jealous! My EE's are only 13 weeks. 9 weeks seem like 9 years right now. Thanks for posting. Now I can see what I have to look forward too!
