Our first time processing!! [pics included]

Our sweet baby chicks turned into a gang of 12 roosters who are terrorizing the hens! We processed four tonight. This is our first time! We were really slow because we kept having to come and look at the internet, but not bad. We'll probably get a chicken plucker soon--the plucking took about a 1/2 hour. These are six month old BO Roos so I'll be slow cooking them. We had a very busy summer/fall and couldn't get to them before now. They are in the fridge for the next 24 hours and then I'll put them in the freezer. Tried cutting them up so the bags would lay flat. I need some practice with that too!
