Our gary

Gary (Salmon Favorelle) decided to escape today......Ran right out of the coop door.

....I went after him...our yard is not fenced in. anyway it had been raining, I slipped and fell face down in a muddy water puddle. LOL...I got him and he is happily and safely in the coop with the others....Oh while this was going on, the hens were squwaking as if they were laughing.

See my hubby is out of town for the weekend so when gary escaped...I thought oh crap ( I cleaned it up for you), The one time I am left in charge of the chickens, his favorite one escapes my clutches. Whew what a relief it was only temporary.....I can laugh about it now..AFTER I showered. LOL

Good lookin' fella! Sounds like something that would happen to me. I busted my rear going down our back steps in the rain trying to get out chickens up one day.

LOL...I went to check the mail just a sec ago....my neighbor came out laughing and told me "thanks for the show...i was bored, heard something outside..right about the time you landed in the puddle". I wish I had a picture....I had it all over me.. I literally landed face down. lol
