Our hen had liquid chocolate-like poop yesterday

One of our hens had poop that literally looked like liquid chocolate. She's completely fine, eating & drinking normal.
What would cause this?

Poop consistency and color can be from a number of things.
Sounds like it may be loose cecal poop but without seeing it, hard to know.
Do you have photos?

If she's acting o.k. and most of her poops look relatively normal, then I'd just monitor.
