Our hens have stopped laying eggs...

We recently added four news hens to our aviary. We ordered them from Metzer's back in February. Our original hens have stopped laying eggs since we have combined the "flocks". The original hens are also molting. I did not know if the stress of adjusting to the additional ducks was causing them not to lay, or if they do not lay eggs while they are molting. Any one have any ideas?

They will either slow down in production or stop all together. Once the new feathers start coming back in they should be fine.
