Hi. I posted a few weeks back about one if hens who was sitting on a clutch. Turns out non of the eggs were viable so we finally removed them. While she was on those eggs, our other 3 hens slowed waaaay down on their own laying. And now, they aren't laying at all. What's up? They're all healthy and fine. Still happily eating whatever snacks I bring them (peas, watermelon, spinach, etc.). We have 2 drakes. The hens  may be molting so im wondering if that's the cause. They are all just over a year old. Thanks, everyone!

They are a normal age to take a break in their laying cycle.
For how long? We are still lucky if we get one a day. It's been weeks of this now. They all appear to be perfectly healthy. The pic is the hens with one of the drakes. We have 2 drakes. Is that too many? We've been considering culling one.
