Blueberry (our silkie) gets in and out just fine but oreo (our bantam cochin) is having a little trouble. We think we need to add more steps to the ladder.

What a great family project .. that is just gorgeous! lols @ the My Little Pony decorations. Your little feathered girls are really pretty. I have two bantam cochins and they sometimes struggle with the ramp and bypass it completely by jumping. Luckily it is not a big jump. I think their feathered feet are the problem ... it is kinda cute when they trip because they are standing on their own feathers.
