Our New Chicken Coop/Run

We are new to owning chickens and just built our first coop. The previous owners had a fenced-in area for ducks which we wanted to use, but it wasn't covered and the ducks "disappeared" before the moved out. There's a coyote that runs through our property every night, and neighbors have seen a mountain lion in the area, so when we built our coop we wanted it to be secure. We've added more sand since the pictures to fully bury the chicken wire running underneath. Any tips/criticisms would be greatly appreciated. We eventually want to make a more permanent feeding/watering source, but want to find a design that works for us.
