Our New Coop

This is a 4x6 coop, and a 10x6 run. I have 3 barred rocks, and 2 easter eggers. They are 3 months old. My question is could I add 2 red star hens and still be okay on space. We are in central Florida.

Great job! I like the lay out.

Sometimes you can get that many chickens in there and sometimes they have squabbles so it can often depend on the chickens as to if that much space will work.
I have 5 hens and a roo in a 10X10 tractor and there is still one hen that gets run around by them all. Once breeding season is over I will free range them again and she will be happy.

I like it! You should be OK space wise if you add the red stars. It is a little tight but should work.
