Our new coop

It's been about two months in the making. Living here in Northeast Ohio, it's hard to have many nice days in a row to work outside. We started this project in March and are finally finished. Thanks to all the great ideas on these forums and pics for inspiration!!

Didn't really have any plans. Wrote some stuff out on paper and just winged it from there. My "blueprints" actually got soaked one day in April during our building.

It's basically a 6'x4' coop with an attached 12' run. The ladies love it and it was well worth the work put into it.

We have six hens in the right now. There about three months old. So far they seem to love it. Only problem we've had so far is them sleeping in their nest boxes instead of the perches.
