Our New Flock...Tolbunt Polish?

Hi all,
If you are a regular on the site, you may remember that we are the unlucky couple who got 5 chicks last June, and each one was a rooster! Over the course of the year, each rooster has been rehomed one by one. We had plans to keep our favorite, Princess the Leghorn, but he had no interest in the pullets we brought home, and kept running off to do naughty things with the neighbor hens, which made their owners understandably upset. So now we are rooster-less and things are very quiet! We have suddenly ended up with quite the flock, but when we find a beautiful chicken, it's hard to say no! We now have 4 Black Sex Links, one Polish Bantam, one Seabright, one Old English Game Hen, and one which we were told is a Tolbunt Polish.
Our question is, is Latrice actually a Tolbunt Polish, and how do we tell? In addition, she seems kind of...lazy? She seems to be suddenly overcome with exhaustion and will lay down and sleep just about anywhere while the others are free ranging. She is very sweet, and the Seabright and Old English Game Hen seem to think that she is their mommy, and cuddle up under her feathers. Is she displaying typical Polish behavior, kind of off in her own world, or is there a way to tell if she isn't feeling well?
Thanks for any input, enjoy some pictures!

I don't have an answer for your question but I just wanted to say that first chicken is gorgeous.

Does she breathe with her mouth open a lot like in those pictures? Does she seem to be labored in her breathing at all or does her breathing sound different than the others? (Especially in the mouth/nasal area, not so much chest sounds.)

She was breathing like that the first day we got her, she also did lots of sleeping in the bushes. We think she was just a bit stressed with the move. Now she doesn't do it at all thankfully, we couldn't hear anything while she was doing it.
