Aww, I'm so sorry. I'm a teen too, and one of my favorites is a boy. Anti crow devices are basically shock collars. It's up to you. They do cause pain, but usually minor damage is ever done. He is gorgeous, btw. Where are you? Can you bargain with the city? House rooster setup?

The anti crow collars I know about don't use shpcks. They close around the throat enough that they can't open it up enough to crow
