Is that white cabbage? - The stuff the Sauerkraut and Cole-slaw is made of?
My Duckies disgust that! I have to almost cook that stuff before they condescend to eat "that". And they look at me like they are planning to lay poisoned eggs the next morning…
Iceberg salad, lettuce, savoy cabbage, dandelion leaves, wild lettuce all fine, but white and red cabbage - Humon, tomorrow you will feel our wrath!

In the fall I grow cabbage and after I cut the head I'll pull the roots and outside leaves that are still attached and hang it in their outside run. They love it and it looks like they're playing tether ball. They eat it and it gives them something to do!

Such pretty ducks! Our quacks like green cabbage too. Tried purple cabbage once...first they were scared of the new purple food and then they left us fun blue/ purple poo all over, haha.
