our two hens have scabs on waddles, not from injury

We have (only) two hens and I noticed today that they both have sort of scab like things on their waddles and a bit on combs. They are small and several. They are whitish and rough. Anyone know?

And this may not be related but yesterday one of the hens had a swollen eye. The lid (?) was swollen especially near the front part of the eye. It is much better today.

We live in Hawaii.

Anyone experience this? Anyone know how to treat?

Maybe post a pic if possible? My first thoughts are some sort of scaring, fowl pox, or favus which is a fungus.
