We have a flock of 13, 5 of them are guineas, we thought we only had 1 rooster, come to find out we were sent 2. They were all raised together since June. Today there was a tussle and what had been our dominate rooster seems to have been ousted by the flock, primarily the guineas are keeping him away. We have noticed the other rooster mounting the guineas. What do I do??

Not much you can do, multiple males will create an environment of competition.
Best to get rid of any excess males, IMO.

Are any of the guineas male?
Guineas can be aggressive and territorial, they don't always co-exist well with other poultry.

Yes, some are male, Noone is actively fighting but you can tell there is discontent. We are going to get rid of the rooster who has been ousted. Thank you for your reply

Like aart said, guineas can often be horribly mean to chickens, especially the males. Generally it's not recommended to coop them together. I do have all mine together and haven't had issues, but I have a large coop with an automatic daylight pop door where they can all go outside and free range. I also only have one guinea cock, who are usually the primary aggressors.
Roosters mounting your guineas isn't really a problem, unless they're hurting them.
Good luck with it all!
