Out of 5 hens only one is laying (ALL SAME AGE) WHY?

I had that issue too, its very normal for chickens to start laying at different times. Chickens are not an exact science and trust me been raising them 15 years.

My chickens have been laying ever since they were old enough but now only one is laying. 3 of them are young 1 of the we know is old and has stop laying 1 of the 3 young ones has just finished moulting
