Out of curiosity: what's going on inside of this egg?

Hey all,

I'm incubating three chinese painted quail eggs on my own under a very simple set up and all three begun developing (much to my surprise, honestly). We're currently on day 9 or 10, I'm not exactly sure, but I'm really curious about what's going on inside this egg as I've not had the chance to observe the development this closely before. Can someone tell me more about what's going on here? What does the embryo look like at this stage? The embryo seems to be very active, which is kind of spooky and funny in a way, not sure why it's doing that though! Is it okay? The other two don't move around as much as this fella does.

Video (I hope it works)
