Hello!
It's been about 4 seasons since I've last had ducklings. I was considering going with the outdoor brooder method this year. Our temps are H of 85-90 and low in mid 50s right now. I am expecting a batch of 6 ducklings next week. I was going to make a MHP type set up with the tunnel etc but wasn't sure if I even needed to mess with the heat pad since it is warm here. Any thoughts from any one who has done an outdoor brooder with ducklings? Thanks!

i think for the sake of it they should be brooded indoors for atleast 2 weeks, that is still alot of temperature swing
