Entry #4 - flowers- The coral echinacea has me ooooing every time I go out. Nasturtiums, salvia, calendula and marigolds make easy cut flowers. Fingers crossed the bee balm blooms by August!

My entry #4:

Yellow Canna Lilly.
I have them planted in a cracked concrete livestock water trough to control them. They like to spread and I hate to mow them down when they show up where they shouldn't be.

Would the yellow ones die, or would they change to pink?

The pink ones will take all of the vigor from the roots and eventually the yellow ones will fade away or become weak and not produce.

I still have to work on getting good pictures with my camera but i am very happy with this very okay one of a tomato/tomato flower bud (i dont understand how i havent had a single ripe tomato yet but here probably isnt the best place to complain )
