Entry #3 Flower: this is a zinnia that my mom gave me transplants of a few months ago

We grew some red ones for a couple of years, but we have to dig out the bulbs in the fall. Last year we forgot until too late, and they were froze. I could get more on eBay or somewhere but rather not deal with it again. They are so beautiful though.

We bought a Banana Plant at a Flea Market about 6 or 7 years ago. About 2 Springs later, we noticed something was growing next to the Banana Plant. It turned out to be a Red Canna Lilly. The Lilly bulb must have been in the Banana Plant roots. Now each Spring there are more Banana Plants and Red Canna Lilies. I try not to mow the Lilies down but I'm tired of transplanting them.

Entry #4 Flower: we have a creek by the side of our house and we made a kind of brush pile on the banks of the creek, to help build it up a little. This sunflower came up from the sunflowers that I threw in there at the end of last season!

Entry #2: This garden hoop house my mom and I built from scratch has been one of our biggest garden successes. Tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, nasturtiums, and more grow exceptionally well inside.

Quick question.

I noticed that one of my entries was moved to the indoor garden show. There’s no problem with that, I think it belongs there anyway.

Does this mean I still have room for one more entry on this outdoor show?

New entry number three, because my last one was moved to a different thread. This one is just for laughs.

This is a 15 foot sunflower I grew last year, I had to take a picture through my astronomical telescope.
