Outdoor or Barn Brooders ~ Please post pictures

i have never had chickens inside my house i dont know how people do it.

i brood mine in a barn that gets cold enough u can see your breath but i have 3 heat lamps down one wall they can go to if they want warmth.

i think a few lamps is a good idea to keep them off each other .

some times i go out late at night just to see how they are doing in the cold and they will be all over the barn not even by the heat lamps.

also like to add i have not lost a bird from cold or sickness yet.

Inside: (This set up is a fire waiting to happen. I'd recomend securing lamps better than just a clamp and making sure the wood thing can't fall over.)

This set up worked great for me, and I don't have it uploaded, but there are pics of this little brooder with about 8 inches of snow ontop.
 
I'm just so worried about them being too cold at night. I mean last night was suppose to have been in the 20s and I worry half to death about the adults let alone babies.
