That is a nice run Omran. I like the design and I think I am capable of building something like that. Any opportunity to bring all the power tools out I like! I had hoped that the chickens would be able to free range, but unfortunately the Lab has shown interest in the chickens thanks to what little of his instincts he has left (he's worthless in a duck blind......

). I am on a 130 acre farm and have killed a few coyotes out there in the past. There are also racoons that I have caught in the barn before and opossums. And we had also a couple of chickens a few years back that ended up as a meal for some bird of prey...... So, you're design seems to offer the security needed for all the usual suspects.

Looks like I'll have another project to start this weekend. Thanks!

Anybody have any ideas for runs that can join onto a building?

Very Nice. I was thinkin about usin a completely covered dog kennel as a coop and then buildin a run onto it later on. It'll take a lil time, they're still kinda small. But that's alright just gives my time
