The door to our coop where we feed, water, etc opens directly into the coop. Does anyone have a solution to a sensible entryway design that will protect us from the elements in the winter months?
We need a small shelter extension idea where we can change feed, water, etc in sub zero weather.

Kind of difficult to make suggestions without a picture of what you have currently. From what my imagination sees about your coop, maybe you can add on a vestibule onto the entrance area. This way you would enter one door, then close behind yourself, and then enter coop. Here is also another idea:: build a lean-to wind breaker in front of door.
WISHING YOU BEST and :welcome

Have an EZ Coop - and have thought about a lean-to; was hoping someone had a good picture or plans
Thanks!
