I did, he's making a real small one.
I keep calling it a brooder box, but he could put a steep roof on it instead of a flat top.
It would then be a 2D x 3W x 2H barn.
He said if you wanted to send the $$ he'd hire someone to come over an build a bigger brooder barn.
But I have no clue where we would put it. If my shed wasn't so far from the house and the electric, I'd put them there.

No. Were the quail are is where he built a roof several years ago thinking it was for an extention on his garage. Little did he know.
However, I saw that roof and thought quail cages. I probably should have let him put a few walls up. But I was afraid he'd knock out the back of the garage and then I wouldn't have a place for quail. So I kept stalling him, for years.
So finally, the quail just took the spot over because they have electric there and its sheltered.
I don't know how it happens, but quail babies keep popping out of eggs around here. Then I have to find a place to put them.
