Outside or not?!

Hi all.

I have 2 chicks roughly 7-8 weeks old. They're living in a rabbit hutch in the kitchen at the moment but I'm eventually going to move them into my shed/coop. The temperature is 7° average here during the day and looking around 1° during the night for the next week. When would it be best to move them?

Is that C or F? Fully feathered, acclimated, in a dry, draft free space should be good if it is C.

Thanks for the advice. It is c bit they're not fully feathered yet plus we're expecting a cold front in a couple of days so I'm going to leave it then for a week or so
