Ovation 28 Brinsea--can I adjust turning angle?

Hello, everyone!

I am doing my first hatch with a Brinsea Ovation 28, and I'm using shipped eggs. I know they're supposed to be handled gently, but I think the automatic turning angle (40 degrees) on the turner is a little steep. I can't find anything in the manual about adjusting the turning angle--does anyone know if that's possible? Thanks for your help!

I never knew there is an adjustment on turners, I’ve seen it turn on its own. Shipped eggs should be rested before setting.
