over 24 hours since external pip and no progress

Hi this is my first hatch of call ducks. One pipped externally the night before last but nothing since, I've no idea what time at. . I can hear clicking but not much chirping. No effort to try and zip. I have one other chick cheep hatched, with help, at 2300 hours last night and is still in the incubator. It's day 29, any advice welcome please
I know it can take a while but Don t want to leave it too long if I should be helping!

Here is a thread that may offer tips, it also provides warnings on what can go wrong when you "help" and how to be careful. Seems if the chick is still tapping and active 24 hours isn't very long in duckling time.
