Over 24 hours since I've heard pip

Hey so I'm new to hatching eggs. I've heard the baby inside the egg several times and it's been over 24 hours since I've heard it. I know it's advised not to help but I would like to know if there's tips.

That one in particular didn't make it (I decided to make a pip hole after about 36 hours, could still hear it. It died about two hours later) however we got eight healthy ducklings out of 20 eggs
