My wife pointed out today that one of the chicks has a overbite I will try to get a pic and post it
 
Could it be a twisted beak? Usually you can keep it trimmed and it will fix itself or at least keep the bird more comfortable.
A picture will really help!
 
Sounds like cross beak. I have a little d'uccle hen that has it. I just take her to the vet about once a month to get it trimmed. What they do is trim it up to match the lower one as best they can. She does just fine with the others & is quite the little piggy. I love her so much. What it is, is a skull deformity. The one I have did not show up early as a chick. A friend of mine hatched out some of my eggs for me & I did not even notice it till she was a couple months old. The only one out of 7 to have it.
