over due chicks.

i have hatched chicks in the past, but someone gave me a homemade incubator so i thought I would try it again. I am not having very good luck. I have 2 eggs they are 4 days over due, so I cracked the shell but not the membrane. they are alive and moving around, but I am not sure what to do now. i have lost all the other eggs in the clutch and don't want to lose these 2 they are special to me. any suggestions.
