Over exited rooster!!! Help!

Okay, I have a rooster (A VERY nice rooster) and he is jumping on all the hens ALL the time!!! I know in all the books they say try not to interfere, but one hen is getting really scared of him. The more she trys for him to stop, the harder the holds her neck down!!! Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is he a young rooster? Sometimes they have to grow up a bit before they settle down. Also, roosters will often choose a favorite hen or two and removing him from the flock for a few days might help.
Does he have enough hens? I usually recommend at least 10-12 hens for a young roo.

yes, he's a new rooster, he's about 5 months old.. Okay, I might separate him.. Thank you!!!!!!!
And he already chose his favorites, the smallest and the other chicken that his his breed...
