Over mating or first molt?

15 hens one roo. Doesn’t seem like he has a favorite hen, he mates with all. One year old now. Hens fluffy at back, one with a slight bare spot and one with a pronounced bare back spot. Is this over mating or the weird first molt? How to help soothe the exposed skin on hen, seems irritated some times. Been bare for about a month. Thanks for tour help!!

Looks like it's from mating. It will grow back in the fall. It generally doesn't cause any problems as long as there's no wounds. You might want to check your roosters spurs and toenails to see if they need trimming.
