Overdue quail

Hello! So coming to the end of my first ever hatching. Today is Day 22 and there are 4 eggs left. We candled last night and did the float test. They floated viable like in the YouTube videos we watched. But none wiggled and no movement to whistle. Also tapped on egg and no sound/movement. Should I call it quits and assume that they are dead? I’m not up for cracking them open. Hubby and I arnt into that

If you put the incubated eggs in water you might as well throw them out.

It wasn’t for very long. Just enough to see if they float and pulled them right out. I checks for cracks first too.
