Overez chicken coop or eglu cube?

You always want bigger than you think you'll need. Chicken math will strike!! You'll be super glad when you don't have to build an addition or get a whole new coop to get some more chickens.

I'll do some more reserch on the cutest coops.
Don't look at 'cute', look at functional.....
...but fist you need to understand what functional is.
Size, ventilation, keeper access, etc.
There are 3 good reads for beginners linked in my signature,
might have to turn phone to landscape to see them.

What about lancaster chicken coops?
You need to link specific coops, not just list names of companies.

'cutest coops' is a coop company.

The cutest coops are really overpriced for what they are and they need more ventilation. You can get a shed at Big Box that is twice as big for less than the smallest cutest coop.

OP, if you do end up having a shed builder come out please make sure they put in more ventilation than just a typical small gable end grille vent that is typical of most sheds, that is not enough!

Yes!
Biggest problem with building or buying a shed is there are often no roof overhangs,
big roof overhangs with open soffits is some of the best ventilation you can build, buy, get.
