Overheated or a disease

My chicken is panting, clacking her break together, keeping her eyes closed, had green runny poop, very lethargic. She will eat bread and drink water when I put it right up to her face. She cannot stand or walk at all, this morning is the first time she could sit normally. These symptoms started last night around 5 she was laying in her side with her tail down.

Day was 100 and night before I brought her in was 90.

Even if it is an illness, that heat will definitely exacerbate any issues. Excessive heat does kill chickens.
So you brought the bird into a cooler space?

I brought her inside but she still hasn't walked and still panting. I gave her bread and honey water and made her a wheelchair but she hasn't improved much.
