I was told that in Owasso / Collinsville Oklahoma Rogers Country, you can't raise chickens.
Are there ways to get around that? My mother really loves chickens and that's the only thing that keeps her busy and happy. We are at a point of buying a house, but hesitant because of this law.

Any thoughts anyone?

I know I’m responding to a seven year old question, but I know that in Owasso city limits, you can have up to six hens and no roosters.
