" White feathers down there!" Ethel yelled, not knowing how to introduce herself in such a quick way. She flexed her talons and ruffled her feathers.

Abby flew silently then landed on a branch, watching around her before eating the lemming she had caught before.

"No, I haven't." She said. "Those scars are just from other animals trying to attack me while I dive for prey." She said.

" Oh, lucky you. Both ways. You haven't been in the war, and you've survived animal attacks. I'm not so lucky if you can see." Ethel said. Ethel had scars over her body. But they weren't ugly, just scars to remember her pain.

Anolen was swimming, keeping low in the shallow creek. Five owls were hot on his tail as he tried to fight them off. Luckily, they couldn't to under water like him, so he could stay here for awhile, he could, here they're angered screeches as the looked tree to tree, searching for their prisoner. Anolen had unluckily ran into the group of Masked owls. A feisty group of owls, they were. He flatbed his webbed wings, looking for trout or any other type of fish.he spotted a small, shiny fish. He was impatient, and reached out his strong talons to grab his prey. He snatched the wriggling fish and ate it. It satisfied him. Anolen couldn't stay in the water for too long, his lungs could take it much longer. Plus, his waterproof feathers could only stay underwater for a maximum time. But those owls were restless on finding him. He would have to carefully sim downstream to were the trees hanged low over the creek so he could make his escape without getting caught.....
