I had so many respiratory problems. Hard to hit it right on the head. No vets around here want to help with poultry. Sadly had to cull a few. After hours and hours of researching. Found info on Oxine, I'd never heard of it. Took my chances, ordered it, mixed it accordingly and misted it the remaining flock's faces. Some that I left were still sneezing, but no more! This stuff rocks!! I recommend this to anyone whos having respiratory troubles. It covers ALL. Google it! I lost alot, but I finally have a nice healthy flock again!!!!

our call ducks got a fungus in their lungs last year and it was killing them off one by one. We did the same thing to kill it. We used the breathing machine we had for the kids a couple years ago. Ky is humid and lots of bad things are in the air.

I'm with you here. I had a brooder of chicks and picked up a couple more chicks not thinking because they did look healthy. They weren't. All of my chicks got sick and I bought a bottle of Oxine. Shipping was a bat rastid! Anyway, I cleaned the brooder, sprayed it down with the Oxine and 3 times a day misted directly over the chicks heads. It took about a week and a half, but the respitory problems went away.

I know! I love it!! Seriously, to anyone who is at a loss with respiratory problems. Try Oxine!! You don't have to mix in the crystals either like the directions says. Just 6 1/2 ounces of oxine to 1 gallon of water!

That is great. Where did you find this information? Would you mind sharing? I would love to read it!!

My Amazon got pneumonia and the vet treated with Baytril by mouth AND she had me put Baytril in a humidifier in her hospital room. It went to work on her pneumonia quick.
