oxytetracycline Dosing for sick goose

Hello All,
I have a 9y/o buff goose- weighs 10pounds. She has bumble foot and has not been interested in all things in about 3 days. Looking for dosing info of oxytetracycline 200mg/ml injection.

I’ve been syringe feeding her 120ml a day, worked on the bumble foot and have her in her own crate.

According to plumbs veterinary manual dosage is either:

50 mg/ kg IM once every 3 - 5 days used in conjunction with other tetracyclines

OR

200 mg/kg IM once daily for 3 - 5 days

Both dosages were used in the treatment of chlamydiosis

Thank you. I couldn’t locate any. However I did locate some Baytril. Could you help me with dosing? 1/2 ml for 3-5 days?
