Oyster shell vs. crushed up egg shells

We've only ever had one or two egg eaters, but we feed them the broken eggs and also the infertile eggs at the end of a hatch (it sounds gross but they do it in nature so it's not like they don't want to). 1-2 out of several hundred in a lifetime isn't bad.

I have had a few egg eating roosters, but they go to freezer camp as soon as they are caught.
