Does it need to be fed everyday? or just a couple times a week? I gave 1/2 bowl monday night and it's already gone.
    thanks

Offer it all the time; they will eat what they need. I have mine in a tuna can screwed to the wall. I refill when they empty it...same with grit.

Younger chickens may taste oyster shell bits, but they won't eat it like the layers will. They'll be fine.

The younger ones will not feel a need for it...they start eating it when they start laying. Mother Nature is an amazing thing [IMG]
