I have two Baby Brown Chinese Goslings about 3 weeks old with a little brace of Ducklings. One of my Goslings is a turd and has started pecking the others, including his Sister! I don't know what to do other than separate him from the rest. Except he'd make a huge ruckus! I'd feel terrible.

I was told to buy a Red Bulb for my Heat Lamp, so that is what I did.
Did NOT help.

They never have empty food/water dishes so i know it it not because they're hungry.

They always have attention, I take them out on the lawn and they run around chasing flies and eating grass. I handle each one so they are becoming very tame.

They are in a 12 ft x 6 ft brooder for the time being..
So being crowded is clearly not an issue.

I just don't understand?! HELP!

Sounds like boredom. Geese are smart birds so they need stimulation. Much like a toddler they need "toys" most of us on here buy romaine lettuce or pick dandelion greens and tie them with a string dangling them just within reach to give them something to play with and eat on. This gives them something to do other than pecking at others, they will nibble on it instead. To me its kind of like a Mobile over a baby crib its entertaining but also edible.

Try not to separate them if possible, they get more stressed alone. Can you dig up a turf of grass? They´d love to peck at that, too.

So far the dangling greens have helped a lot! I will definitely put a a nice turd of grass in! Thank you both!
