packing peanut ID please

They look a little like a chick i got recently - it was sold as a buff orpington, but is a little too red and has yellow legs. I'm told he looks like a sex link. When he started feathering out, his feathers were dirty white and brown.

They look too dark to be Buffs. I would guess they were Production Reds.
