Pain medication/relief for chick?

Is there anything that can be used as pain medication or relief for a chick?

You can give chickens aspirin. Not sure about little chicks

Chick has an ouchy hock joint doesn't want to use that leg.. not sure what it is. Also wanted to know for the future, just in case..
