Paint genetics without white or paint parents

I have a mixed flock with many colors and 2 roosters, non of the chickens in this flock are white or paint. I have been hatching this spring and have seen 2 chicks hatch from brown eggs that are mostly white with some black spots. Is there any color genetics that could explain this, as I have done some digging and haven't found an answer.

Pictures of all birds? Can't just give a good answer without seeing the possible parents, plus the chicks.
