Paint inside of coop or not?

I did not paint the inside of my first coop, the A-Frame. I wish I had, even though the decision not to paint was based on the odd contortions I'd have to make to paint everything inside.

But I did paint the inside the second coop I built. I did it for all the reasons already mentioned. When I was done, I was really pleased with the light interior. However, some of the nice colors of coop interiors I've seen have really made me smile - NICE effects!

Ahhhh...you have a nice hubby

You guys won't regret painting! It'll make your life easier for years for only a small $ and time investment (and no $ since you had the paint already).

Thank you for all the replies! The enterior is all painted except for the decorative painting that we will be adding after vacation. The chicken door is finished and the ramp built. Now it just needs to air out a little more and they will be able to spend their first night in their own house. Whoo Hoo!!!
